Also if you add free shipping to your listing only ship within the means of low shipping charges. Example: I shipping free within the 48 states. Also, you don’t always need to have free shipping but keep the shipping reasonable so it doesn’t push away buyers.
3.Tracking Number: Always get a tracking number when shipping this protects you and also buyers love being able to track there item and see when its arrives. Tracking numbers protect you because then the buyer can say the never received the item and get their money refunded.
4. Use Paypal: Paypal makes it safe moving money over the internet. Its one of the quickest ways to send and receive money. In the case you buy something and never receive the item. You can notify paypal within a certain time and your money will be refunded from the seller.
